Dvd Put In Vehicle Is It Illegal In Texas To Have A Dvd Monitor In The Front Of An Automobile To Where The Driver Can Watch?

Is it illegal in Texas to have a dvd monitor in the front of an automobile to where the driver can watch? - dvd put in vehicle

Someone I know has an SUV with a DVD player and screen on the back of the vehicle. You want to put on a monitor before, so they can see what their children see. Is it illegal to do in Texas?

Not at all, unless the appropriate lock device is installed so that the screen has no effect unless and until the vehicle is in park and the parking brake in its entirety. Otherwise, it would be illegal. The only time you can have a monitor in full-time while driving on the driver's view, if a dedicated backup system with a camera behind a mirror and luxury with an integrated display placed inside ..

No, no, not illegal. As on the phone while driving is not illegal to. Now this stupid Has anyone want to put a player when the driver could see during the trip, especially with children on board. He seems more intent on enjoying the movie, rather than the safety of children. And like the thousands of drunks who have heard: "I was driving and drinking and not had an accident." Of course, remember to stop them yet. Well, when I see you in the accident that crippled the DVD player to the front and the bodies of children, and you hear someone laugh and I go.

Of course, the question of how to enter a site or prohibited on one side of the school always get the person who asks another person to do so. Sure.

Claire and never see the driver while the driver is done, but only when the vehicle stops. Get real. You only need a few seconds to be redirected to someone.

If not now, then we hope will be soon. Common sense would say that with a forward not a good idea. There are too many distractions for the driver, as he is with a video screen for watching movies is a disaster waiting to happen. So far, there are very few systems of satellite television, there should be very easy to control what to see children, but a film on DVD is that a film, and the change of habit.
Good luck

ps if you speak really worried, contact your local department of law enforcement, you can the truth about them. Even better, you say, no monitors on the children's lives are ahead of much more important that you see what they see.

is illegal and can with dangerous driving or care and attention paid, as has been said against all reguire mounted units have a parking brake interlock switch, which they can be effective if the combination of brake on.as necessary if the film ends, or you're stuck, in the sure the boys will let you know, in milliseconds
