HELP! I JUST ATE EXPIRED YOCRUNCH 3 WEEKS PAST THE EXPIRE DATE!!? - yocrunch yogurt

I bought 100 calories things YoCrunch biscuits, chocolate yogurt vanilla yogurt. After dinner, I saw it 3 weeks from the due date. He ended the 23rd March 2009 and of course I ate 13th April, and I have today. Is it safe, or that something happened?
